4 IMPLEMENTATION STATUS ON ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION REQUIREMENTS

CHEC has implemented a series of environmental mitigation measures to fulfill requirements as stated in the EIA Report, the Environmental Permit and EM&A Manual. The implementation status during the reporting period is summarized in Appendix I.
